In my music journey as an artist, I got involved in organizing events, touring as DJ and other projects regarding music and promoting electronic music in Transylvania, Romania. Since that time I was releasing my music on different labels, playing on parties, private parties and started my music label which I called Fly High Recordings. An independent electronic music label now based in London UK where I live now.
Since I was a kid I was curious about the world around me. How things work, handcrafting, observing, trial and error learning, surrounded by art and music. My former school was into visual arts and I took the musical journey on my own in parallel. After a few percussion classes and was hooked. Every drummer knows that after a while everything gets a rhythm in the head. The water drop in a sink or the train railways..the mind is wired for rhythm. I discovered computers very young as well and with its editing software. My first sound card arrived with some editing software included and I found fun cutting songs and mixing them in different ways. I was diving deep into this world, curious about everything surrounding me. I believe being curious was the key thing that got me on this path. Technology, electronics, handcrafting and all about computers was on my menu. In the first year of college with my first tracks, got together a small group playing electronic music. Behind as DJ and two girls performing was my very first experiences in front of an audience. A bit later in one of my gigs, I “meet” the famous Technics turntable and we got into a long friendship since then.
Events like Dj’s Gathering, Transylvania Summit, Delahoya Festival was definitely the start of electronic music in Romania with famous international DJ’s like Pacou (Tresor Berlin Resident), Pauli Steinbach (Cocoon), D. Diggler, Alex Bau, Valentino Kanzyani, Marco Lenzi, Alan Fitzpatrick (Drumcode) etc.
I end up playing on Romanian and International events & festivals like Street Parade Zurich, Delahoya, Dj’s Gathering, Romanian Electronic Music Festival and many Fly High Events as host, touring countries like Hungary, Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Belgium.
I was living my dream and I still do, working on my craft every day I might say…playing my favorite music. Techno, Minimal Techno, House, Deep House was the choice for me where I found inspiration.
Along the years some of my productions got into artists playlists and charts like Carlo Lio, Marcel Woods, Tim Wolff, Henrik B, Marco Carola, Paride Saraceni, and my music released on labels like Doppelgänger, Cutz, Tzinah Records, Magnetic Grooves, Dirty Stuff Records, Skills Records, Complex Textures, Wasabi Recordings, Sea Of Sand, Async Records, Fly High Recordings etc.
Since 2007 under the name “Fly High Events” and later Fly High Showcase the label was showcased the most demanded Romanian artists like Livio & Roby, Pagal, Raoul Russu, Praslea, Vania, The Model, Adrian Eftimie, Sebo, Vania, Thornado, Haute Culture, Liquid, Carlos & Jasc, Colin, Markus Homm, Marco Brigulia, Internulo.
(2015) After I moved to the UK , i started a Showcase weekly (Fly High Showcase) in the heart of London @ Trafik which reached over 50 Episodes and also collaborations regarding music production with artists like The Real Experience, Martin Bundsen, Roman, Robson, Kirill Kirik, Horace Dan D., Delph Meer, Makanan.
After in 2004 I moved to London where I enrolled in Point Blank Music School where I followed a diploma course in Music Production, Sound Engineering, Sound Design, Music Composition, and Mastering. I was interested to take my music even further.
I become interested more and more in studio work, to share ideas and help others to live the artist dream. Is always about the process, not the processing.
Since I was more interested more in studio work and other aspects of music as promotion and developing my other skills more. I embraced music from a different perspective. As observer. With my early years of studies in visual arts was easy for me and also fulfilling doing “music photography” as I call it. This is my photographic vision regarding music events and being a part of the London music scene as an event photographer and promoter.

My passion got me to do the sound engineering, post-production, mixing and mastering in present. With support or not I did it anyways. What I want to say here more than anything is the commitment to yourself to do it. Remember is about the journey…not the destination.
